My journey with food started long before I arrived in British Columbia. Back in Nigeria, food is more than just a meal; it’s a celebration. It’s the sound of Jollof Rice simmering at a Saturday party, the aroma of Suya spices in the air, and the joy of sharing a massive platter of Pounded Yam with family.

When I moved to Kelowna, I fell in love with the city, but I missed those "tastes of home." I realized that if I missed them, others would too—and those who haven't tried Nigerian food yet were missing out on something special!
